Retuen & Exchange Policy
- We accept returns postmarked within 15 days of the delivery date.
- Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
- We’re unable to process returns for swimwear or intimate apparel items that have been worn or are returned in a soiled condition. All intimate apparel must be returned in original condition, with original packaging and tags attached. All swimwear must be in new and unused condition with sanitary strips in place.
- Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box and placed inside an additional box for shipping transit. Damage to the shoe box makes shoes ineligible for return. If received damaged, shoes will be shipped back and subject to additional shipping costs.
Final Sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
- Voucher cards cannot be returned or refunded.
- Returns can take up to 30 working days to get back to us. It is very important to enclose this form with your parcel to enable us to process your return within 24 hours of receipt.
- Please retain a proof of postage until we have confirmed your refund has been processed.
- Original shipping is non-refundable.
- If you return within 7 days of the delivery date, we'll cover the cost of your return shipping!
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method or PayPal account. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed once it reaches our warehouse. We will send you a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
- If you choose to be refunded in VoguesUs Online Voucher you will receive an additional $5 in VoguesUs Online Voucher once your refund has been processed! This does not apply to late returns or orders that any online credit was applied to.
